More Than Coach Training
Why Radiant is a five-figure professional education investment.
There are less expensive ways to learn coaching techniques.
Radiant was not built to be the least expensive way to accumulate education hours. It was built for professionals whose ability to understand, influence and develop human beings is consequential to the work they do.
You are investing in professional formation : not simply access to content.
Competency + Human Development
Learn professional coaching competencies while developing the discernment, self-awareness and human-development capability required to embody them.
Practice + Observation
Concepts are reinforced through practice, observation, reflection and developmental feedback. Knowing the framework is not treated as equivalent to embodying it.
Individual Mentorship
Individual mentor sessions create dedicated space to examine your development, patterns, strengths and continuing edges over time.
Leadership Application
Your education is designed to travel into leadership, entrepreneurship, healthcare, education, consulting, people development and other human-centered professions.
A Complete Professional Pathway
Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 education live within one developmental ecosystem, allowing your professional growth to deepen without starting over at a new school.
Developmental Evidence
We create structured opportunities to establish a baseline, observe development, calibrate support and reflect on what actually shifted.
The Radiant Developmental Impact Cycle
Your development is observed, not assumed.
Completing curriculum tells us what you finished. It doesn't automatically tell us what changed.
Radiant creates structured opportunities throughout the learning experience to observe development, provide individualized feedback and help participants understand how their professional capacity is evolving.
Baseline
Establish where you are beginning, identify individualized developmental goals and create an initial picture of your current capabilities.
Observe
Use practice, reflection and mentor observation to examine what is showing up as you begin applying the education.
Calibrate
Conduct a midpoint developmental review to identify progress, persistent patterns, emerging strengths and priorities for continued development.
Integrate
Examine whether new capabilities are becoming consistent and whether they can travel into your coaching, leadership and professional context.
Evidence
Reflect on demonstrated development against the original baseline and identify strengths, continuing edges and next-stage priorities.
Learn through collective observation, shared practice, professional competency development and feedback alongside other developing practitioners.
Individual mentorship creates the personalized spine of the Developmental Impact Cycle: giving your mentor structured opportunities to observe, calibrate and support your development over time.
Your Final Developmental Impact Assessment + Debrief
The cycle concludes by looking back at where you began and examining what has developed through practice, reflection, observation and demonstrated capability. Participants receive an individualized developmental debrief and a record of their continued development.
The Transformation Is Visible
The shift happens underneath. Then life starts moving.
Different people. Different goals. Different outcomes. The pattern we keep seeing is agency: people notice what has been making the decisions, relate to themselves differently and begin making moves that were not available to them before.
Identity shifts. Decisions change. What becomes possible changes with them.
Voice + Boundaries
Crystal McGregor stopped abandoning herself to keep the peace.
One year after an in-person Radiant experience, Crystal described staying steady in a difficult conversation with her husband, using her voice and holding a boundary she had struggled to hold before.
“I was steady. I was regulated.” The visible result was the boundary. The deeper transformation was becoming the person willing to hold it.
Crystal McGregor
Career + Capacity
Shannon Hill created more room for the work she actually wanted.
While developing through Radiant, Shannon reported receiving a significant salary increase with quarterly bonuses, leaving one of two jobs and creating an online Women's Circle.
The win was not simply earning more. It was creating capacity.
Shannon Hill
Leadership + Influence
Realle Staples carried the development into the workplace.
Realle described getting clear on her vision and later taking coaching into her existing career, initiating a conversation with her boss about coaching circles at work and receiving the green light.
Development becomes organizational impact when someone is willing to carry it into the room.
Realle Staples
Coach + Business Development
Carmen Caldwell could finally see the coaching program she wanted to build.
Carmen wrote that after working with Hayley she was the clearest and most excited she had been about her coaching program and could “literally see” herself doing the work and making life-changing money.
Clarity changed the idea from something in her head into something she could see herself building.
Carmen Caldwell
Business + Movement
Monica Scantlebury stopped circling the opportunity and moved.
After a conversation with Hayley, Monica reported moving forward on a client inquiry, responding to another waiting lead and working toward booking a second call.
Her own words captured the principle: “The clarity around small steps matters!”
Monica Scantlebury
Business + Visibility
Monika Hutchinson saw her business differently after one clarity call.
Monika said a 20-minute conversation helped her make connections that felt powerful for how she would show up in her business, especially through social media.
Sometimes the movement begins when the pieces finally connect.
Monika Hutchinson
Identity + Action
Kiona Christina described getting underneath what she actually wanted.
Kiona described her clarity session as intuitive and “on point,” saying it brought out her deepest desires and that simply being in the group had begun lighting up her procrastinating self.
Before action changes, people often need enough clarity to know what they are moving toward.
Kiona Christina
Clarity + Healing
Alexis Foster found language for what felt deeply aligned.
After a clarity session blending shamanic work, healing and intuitive imagery, Alexis described the experience as transformative and said the follow-up support helped her integrate the guidance she received.
The insight mattered. So did having somewhere for the insight to land.
Alexis Foster
Pattern Recognition + Growth
Michael Blackard said the work named a loop he had been stuck inside for years.
Michael described feeling as though a heavy weight had begun to lift. What stood out to him was identifying a repeating loop and then being coached toward ways to work with the hurt underneath it.
Seeing the pattern did not make the decision for him. It gave him a path he could move through.
Michael Blackard
Soul + Strategy
Mary Pearcey felt the work on two levels at once.
Mary wrote that the conversation reached her “on a soul level” while also giving her practical advice for how to level up in her life.
That is the integration: depth that does not stop at depth, and strategy that does not require leaving the whole person behind.

Business + Visibility
Candace turned clearer branding into more exposure and more business.
After working with Hayley for a few months, Candace reported that changes to how she showed up on social media tripled her Instagram impressions and that she doubled her sales from the previous year.
The visible result was sales. The shift underneath was learning how to communicate the business so people could see it.
Candace
Identity + Direction
Audra McClelland described becoming more confident, self-aware and true to herself.
Audra shared that she had felt lost for a significant part of her life. Later, she described being in a much better place than she had believed possible and surprising herself with how far she had come.
Sometimes the next decision becomes visible only after a person can recognize themselves again.
Audra McClelland
Coach + Business Development
Monica Scantlebury moved from building the program to inviting people into it.
While creating her first module, Monica reported posting her offer on social media. A teacher responded to the call to action and reached out for a session.
Clarity matters because eventually the idea has to leave your head and meet another human.
Monica Scantlebury
Business + Connection
Audra McClelland changed how she thought about marketing.
After being encouraged to build relationships through direct messages, Audra described the approach as a “game changer” and reframed marketing as getting to know new people rather than simply broadcasting at them.
A strategy can change when the identity behind selling changes too.
Audra McClelland
Clarity + Possibility
Realle Staples left the conversation able to see what she wanted to make happen.
Realle wrote that she had become “super clear” on her vision and could not wait to begin making things happen.
The work is not to hand someone a vision. It is to help them hear their own clearly enough to move.
Realle Staples
Depth + Action
Mary Pearcey experienced both inspiration and something she could actually use.
Mary described feeling reached “on a soul level” while also receiving practical advice for how to level up her life.
Depth without movement can remain an experience. Radiant is interested in what happens after the insight.
Mary Pearcey
Healing + Support
Alexis Foster said the support after the session helped the guidance land.
Alexis described a clarity session blending shamanic work, healing and intuitive imagery as transformative. She specifically highlighted the follow-up support as helping her integrate what she had received.
The moment of insight matters. Integration is what gives it somewhere to go.
Alexis Foster
Pattern Recognition + Healing
Michael Blackard finally had language for a loop he had been questioning for years.
Michael said Surya called out a repeating pattern he had been stuck in and then coached him toward ways to work with the hurt beneath it. He described the experience as feeling like a heavy weight had begun to lift.
Naming a pattern is not the whole transformation. It can be the beginning of choosing differently.
Michael Blackard
Clarity + Life Direction
Corin Dawkins knew after one conversation that there was something worth exploring.
Corin shared that after meeting Surya at a vision board gathering, one conversation led to working together. Months later, Corin described life as having “come full circle” and highlighted the insight gained through the process.
Sometimes transformation begins with finally asking the questions that have been waiting underneath everything else.
Corin Dawkins
Coach Development + Relationship
Torey Jane described completing mentor coaching as an emotional milestone.
At the end of her mentor-coaching journey, Torey described the experience as wonderful and shared how emotional it felt to reach the final mentor call.
Professional development can be rigorous without becoming impersonal.
Torey Jane
Executive Coaching + Leadership Development
Your leaders do not need more information. They need access to more of themselves.
Many leaders who reach Radiant are already capable, accomplished and carrying significant responsibility. The challenge is not always a lack of knowledge.
It may be the decision they keep postponing. The conversation they keep avoiding. The responsibility they cannot release. The identity that worked at one level but is becoming expensive at the next.
Radiant creates room to notice those patterns, strengthen communication and decision-making, integrate change and develop the human capacity required by what leadership is asking next.
We do not separate the leader from the human carrying the leadership.
Individual Executive Coaching
Private developmental work for leaders navigating complexity, expansion, transition, relationships or greater responsibility.
Organization-Sponsored Executive Coaching
Developmental engagements for organizations investing in leaders whose decisions shape teams, culture and organizational capacity.
Senior Leader + Founder Development
Higher-level partnership for experienced leaders whose questions increasingly cross leadership, business, identity, relationships, influence and legacy.
Built in Practice
The methodology has been tested where leadership actually happens.
Radiant's evolving human-development methodology has been applied and refined through work with more than 100 leaders across varied professional, organizational and cultural contexts.
The Developmental Impact Cycle now allows us to bring even greater intentionality to how participant development is observed, reflected upon and documented.
The Mind Behind the Method
What if the ceiling is not asking you to work harder? What if it is asking you to become different?
Hayley "Surya" Johnson-McKenzie, MCC is CEO and Director of Education of Radiant Health Institute, creator of the Radiant Intelligence Method™ and the woman behind The Leaders’ Shaman.
Surya was already a successful coach and coach educator when a deeper question became impossible to ignore: why do ambitious leaders and high performers hit ceilings even when they already know how to succeed?
Not just a job. Nearly everything.
Surya shut down a successful coaching practice, ended a coach-training contract and stepped away from many of the physical markers, roles and relationships that had defined the life already built.
The goal was not reinvention for reinvention’s sake. It was to go deeper into the question of what actually creates ceilings for ambitious humans who are already capable, driven and successful.
That exploration moved through shamanism, energy healing, hypnotherapy, metaphysics, psychology, subconscious work and the spiritual gifts that had been present long before they were welcomed into professional life.
When Surya returned to coaching, the coach and healer were no longer separated. Professional rigor remained. Human agency remained. The range of what could be noticed, questioned and integrated expanded.
Radiant is where rigorous coaching, deep human development and whole-person transformation are allowed to belong in the same room.
